Community Baby Shower at Douglass Houses

On Saturday, August 27, the Douglass Houses Resident Association hosted a community baby shower. Growing NYCHA families from neighboring Manhattan developments (and a few from as far as Brooklyn and the Bronx) enjoyed an afternoon filled with resource information, entertainment, food, and other giveaways. Special thanks to Resident Association President Carmen Quiñones for her leadership, and to NYCHA Board Vice Chair Victor González for joining the fun.
