Extended Hours on Wednesdays at Property Management Offices
NYCHA is providing extended office hours on Wednesdays at property management offices to better serve residents with all tenancy-related inquiries and any management needs. Beginning February 22, Extended Hour Wednesdays are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (These extended office hours do not apply for privately managed properties at NYCHA.)
Residents can visit the property management office anytime until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays to get help with:
- Rent payment issues
- Annual Recertifications
- Interim Recertifications
- Leasing inquiries for prospective tenants
- And much more
Management staff and Housing Assistants will be available on Extended Hour Wednesdays to assist with your inquiries.
