Halloween Movie Night at Lower East Side III 

The resident association (RA) of Lower East Side III recently threw a fun-filled pre-Halloween celebration for the development’s youngest residents and their families. The community event was organized by the RA’s Treasurer Camino Lopez and Secretary Milly Navaro, and supported by RA President Sabura Abdur-Rashid. It was attended by young children, teens, and adults. In addition to screening a movie, there were activities such as mask making and other arts and crafts; lots of treats, including popcorn, nachos, hot chocolate, and a concession stand; and candy goody bags and reusable Halloween cups for the children to take home. The resident association plans to continue creating engaging and supportive events for the children of the development.
