Learn about the Trust at a virtual Town Hall!
NYCHA Residents: As you may have heard, Governor Kathy Hochul signed legislation in June authorizing the creation of the NYC Public Housing Preservation Trust, which will bring billions of dollars in comprehensive renovations to thousands of NYCHA apartments while maintaining residents’ rights and keeping our properties 100 percent public.

Translation services will be provided in the covered languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, and Spanish).
