Manage Your Pest Control Appointment via Text

Did you know that NYCHA’s Pest Management Department will text you about your upcoming appointment?

After you submit a work ticket for a pest issue via the Customer Contact Center (718-707-7771) or MyNYCHA (nyc.gov/MyNYCHA), we will text you from 89361 with an appointment date. You can then reply with:

•              “1” to confirm,

•              “2” to cancel, or

•              “3” to reschedule.
