New CCC Virtual Agent Is Now Available to Serve You
Dear NYCHA Residents,
We are excited to let you know that a virtual agent is now available when you call NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center (CCC). To reduce wait times and make the CCC experience simpler and more efficient for you for routine matters, the virtual agent helps you report common maintenance issues as well as schedule maintenance appointments. You still have the option of speaking with a live agent at any time. The virtual agent is currently available in English and Spanish; assistance in other languages remains accessible via a live agent.
As always, you can reach the CCC at 718-707-7771. Or you can use MyNYCHA (nyc.gov/MyNYCHA), a quick and easy way to request and manage maintenance requests around the clock.
