New Searchable Work Order Database 

NYCHA’s website now includes a new Searchable Ticket Database, enabling residents to check on the status of their work orders by ticket number. 

Residents can continue to create and track work orders using the MyNYCHA app (www.nyc.gov/mynycha) or by calling the Customer Contact Center (CCC) at 718-707-7771.   

To protect residents’ privacy, the Searchable Ticket Database does not include any personal information such as residents’ names, addresses, or apartment numbers.  

The database, which was developed in response to a new State law, can be accessed in multiple languages, and it includes information about closed work orders from the past 12 months.  

Residents should continue to use the CCC or MyNYCHA – available 24/7 from a smartphone or computer – to create, schedule, and manage tickets.
