New Virtual Agent Will Enhance Your Customer Service Experience

Dear NYCHA Residents,

We are excited to let you know that a virtual agent will soon be available when you call NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center (CCC). To reduce wait times and make the CCC experience simpler and more efficient for you for routine matters, the virtual agent will help you report common maintenance issues as well as schedule maintenance appointments. You will still have the option of speaking with a live agent at any time. The virtual agent will launch initially in English and Spanish; assistance in other languages will remain available via a live agent.

As always, you can reach the CCC at 718-707-7771. Or you can use MyNYCHA (nyc.gov/MyNYCHA), a quick and easy way to request and manage maintenance requests around the clock.
