NYCHA Launches New Mold Awareness Campaign

Mold is a shared issue that, to be addressed successfully, requires a joint effort between NYCHA and residents. To provide residents with more information about how to identify, prevent, and report mold in their apartments, NYCHA launched a new webpage featuring a variety of helpful resources – check it out here: on.nyc.gov/mold-busters.

To report mold in their apartment, residents should call the Customer Contact Center (718-707- 7771) or use the MyNYCHA mobile app or website. NYCHA will then schedule an apartment inspection.
