NYCHA’s Customer Contact Centers Now Open by Appointment

NYCHA’s Customer Contact Center (CCC) walk-in locations are now open by appointment only. The Walk-In Centers provide in-person services to address the needs of public housing residents, Section 8 voucher holders and landlords, and applicants. Both centers are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and their addresses are:

478 East Fordham Road (1 Fordham Plaza), 2nd Floor, Bronx, NY 10458

787 Atlantic Avenue, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11238

CCC representatives are also available to assist with Section 8 matters Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at (718) 707-7771.
