NYCHA’s PACT program covered in Crain’s New York

Crain’s New York Business published an article regarding NYCHA’s PACT program, “NYCHA exec talks future of converting developments to private management,” on February 24.

“The New York City Housing Authority recently announced the completion of a pair of major renovation projects at Baychester, Betances and Murphy houses in the Bronx, bringing the complexes under private management.

…’We’ve got our new appliances. We’ve got new floors,’ said Giselle Gaven, president of the Betances Houses Resident Association.”
