Welcome to the NYCHA Journal!  

This publication is all about you: your home, your community, your city, your successes. In the Journal you’ll learn about programs and opportunities to help you get an education, land a job, take better care of your health, or just whip up something delicious for dinner. You can read about City Council plans for your community, the achievements of your friends and neighbors, new NYCHA initiatives, and development events like Family Days and holiday parties.

This site doesn’t just feature the current issue – it goes back to January 2015, and articles are tagged for easy searching by date and subject. We have an events section that is continually updated whenever we get information about new events. And you can directly link to NYCHA’s social media sites on the top right corner of the home page.

Even better, thanks to our online format – which works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and phones – you can now easily contribute to the Journal.
