Apply for Affordable Housing at Fulton Houses

Applications are being accepted now through September 24 for affordable apartments in a newly constructed building on the grounds of a formerly underused area at NYCHA’s Fulton Houses, 425 West 18th Street.

NYCHA residents, NYCHA Section 8 voucher holders, and applicants on NYCHA’s waitlist will receive preference for 25 percent of the building’s 159 permanently affordable apartments located in Chelsea. All apartments will be made available through HPD’s housing lottery system.

The apartments include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, affordable to a wide range of incomes with rents ranging from $702 for a studio, $753 for a one bedroom, and $910 for a two bedroom. Amenities include rooftop and first-floor outdoor space, bike storage, and laundry.
