At NYCHA, we’re committed to keeping our communities safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone — and our pet policy plays an important role in those efforts. 

Feedback from residents is integral to our efforts to improve your quality of life. To that end, we’d like your input on our pet and assistance animal policy via a survey — accessible here!

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and your responses will remain completely confidential and anonymous (and will not affect your tenancy in any way). 

If you have an unregistered pet or assistance animal, you can register them at any time without penalty through your property management office or the NYCHA Self-Service Portal (selfserve.nycha.info).
